This item is printed by hand. Each print will look the tiniest but different, and some ink may be inconsistent. I find this to be part of the charm of hand made art.
I am unable to issue refunds if you receive your product and change your mind on size, design, or color.
I ship everything from this site on my own. As of right now I do not have a set schedule/ day that orders are sent out on. Please allow 7-14 business days for me to put together your order to be shipped.
